This website offers you the ability to purchase Ingham’s Official branded merchandise and apparel. For any assistance on our products or services, please refer to the below information.

  • How to order through Ingham’s Online Merchandise Store:

    • Select the product you require by clicking on the product image. Items can be viewed via each category.
    • Choose the pack size and fill in the quantity you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
    • You may then click “Checkout” to finalise your order or “Keep Shopping” to continue purchasing other items.
    • To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the “X” icon in the “Shopping Cart” screen.
    • At any stage, you can click “Shopping Cart” within the Shopping Cart Summary box (top left corner) to finalise your order.

    Please note the below steps prior to proceeding to checkout Within checkout, your contact and billing details may already be completed. You can override these details such as Delivery Name and Delivery Phone Number if required. Once everything is confirmed, please click on “Pay for Order” button. An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If for any reason you have any problems processing your payment, your order should be saved in our system and we can finalise this manually for you. Please contact us via [email protected] .   • Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. We suggest delivery direct to your office. A physical delivery address is required to ensure prompt delivery.

    If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.

    Ingham’s merchandise is made-to-order. Please refer to the delivery lead time as listed within the product description. If your order consists of multiple items, these items will arrive separately. If you require orders in a shorter timeframe please email us via [email protected].

    Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to insufficient delivery information provided within your order or failed attempted deliveries. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

  • Please choose your items carefully – we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order. To return an item, please contact us via Email so we can provide you with relevant documentation and a Return Authority Number to return items.

    Goods may only be returned if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
